HOLDING HISTORY

At present, Kaganat Invest is a large company in Kyrgyzstan. The total number of employees reaches about 5000 people. The arsenal of offers to clients includes more than 10 areas of production and consulting activities.

Stage I - Beginning

In 2003, the first enterprise of the holding, Kyrgyz Kaganat LLC, was created and started operating. This enterprise, under the  «Ихлас»brand, is successfully implementing high-quality construction projects that can be an ideal environment for living, work and leisure for modern people.

In 2004, the development of a new direction of corporate production began, the key block of which is the construction of highways. A corresponding enterprise of Arek Stroy LLC is being created with concrete and crushing plants, with a large fleet of modern specialized equipment for construction.

Stage II - Development

In 2014, the direction of architectural and engineering design was opened with the creation of the Ak-Bashat design institute. In 2015, an enterprise for the extraction and processing of building stone (travertine) Global TV Net LLC was created. In 2017, the Kaganat Invest company took a focus on regional development and created the Kyrgyz cement enterprise in Osh. In 2018, three enterprises are created at once in different directions in Osh. This is a high-tech enterprise for the production of heat and sound insulation boards from basalt fiber, Kyrgyz Basalt LLC, a machine-building plant, Kyrgyz Unaa Kurulush LLC, and a sewing and textile complex Kyrgyz Textile LTD.

Stage II - Transformation into a Holding

The year 2019 is marked by a significant activity of the company in the development of all available areas, while both the structure of the company and its numerical component are being modified. A new direction for the construction of small hydroelectric power plants and substations for the transmission and distribution of electricity is being opened, which is allocated to a separate company, Energo Company.

In 2020, the direction of agricultural processing in the Batken region and consulting on a wide range of professional services in Osh city is being actively promoted.

The company takes an active socially responsible part in the life of society in such areas as the development of infrastructure in the settlements of Kyrgyzstan, support for education, mass sports and a healthy lifestyle, as well as support for socially vulnerable segments of society. Thus, with the financial support of the company, an exemplary educational International School "Ihlas" was opened with special emphasis on the provision of free education for orphans (Sokuluk village, Chui oblast), and on the basis of the Asylbek Momunov Football Academy (Osh city), the Kaganat football club was founded, which became a member of the Kyrgyz Professional Football League Association. Public Fund "Meken Kanaty" is actively working on social support for vulnerable groups of the population
