SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PARTICIPATION IN THE LIFE OF SOCIETY
1. Development of the infrastructure of settlements.
Subdivisions of the company are city-forming enterprises in various settlements of the regions of Kyrgyzstan. Following the principles of social responsibility, the Company, together with municipal authorities, implements projects for the improvement of settlements, takes part in the construction of socially significant objects:
- reconstruction of the Central Stadium named after A.S. Suyumbayev in Osh;
- improvement and landscaping of the coastal part of the Ak-Buura river in Osh for the rest of the townspeople with walking alleys, green areas, landscaped areas.
2.Support for Education
The company closely cooperates with educational institutions, paying special attention to secondary education and training of young specialists.
The company attaches particular importance to the training of specialists at the Osh Technological University (OshTU), most of whose graduates come to the company's enterprises. The main specialists of the company participate in state attestation commissions for the protection of diploma projects.
Within the framework of the education support program, the company provides assistance to secondary schools in the regions, allocating funds for their reconstruction, repair and improvement of the material and technical base. So in 2019, the IHLAS International School was opened in the village of Sokuluk, Chui oblast, with a special focus on providing free education for orphans.
In order to support gifted adolescents, the company rewards students for educational achievements and finances studies at leading universities in Europe.
3. Development of mass sports and a healthy lifestyle
- For the development of mass sports and a healthy lifestyle, the company:
- supports the Kaganat Football Club, opened on the basis of the Asylbek Momunov Football Academy in Osh, which became a member of the Kyrgyz Professional Football League Association;
- builds sports and recreation facilities;
- organizes sports competitions;
- conducts active promotion of a healthy lifestyle among employees and the population of the regions.
4.Social assistance to population groups in need of support
One of the priority areas of activity for KAGANAT INVEST is providing assistance to the most vulnerable segments of the population. The program of their support envisages the implementation of measures to provide financial assistance to orphanages, low-income families and other socially vulnerable groups of the population. For this, a charity public fund "Meken Kanaty" was created.
